Three-line SI hybrids were obtained by mating female parent and restorer line SI, backcross F1, and cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) double crosses were obtained by mating male parent F1 with CMS. The CMS three-line hybrid and CMS double-crossing hybrid of the present invention are self-incompatible with the male parent, and can be mixed with the female parent to configure the hybrid seeds and reduce the production cost of seeds. The self-incompatible material as the male parent has less seed amount than the female parent, thus overcoming the problem that the reproductive SI line is liable to pollen pollution.
