智能定时器开关制造技术

一种智能定时器开关（100）包括主控电路（102）、接口电路（103）、供电电路（104）和显示电路（105）；其中，主控电路（102）用于实现定时器开关（100）的条件控制；接口电路（103）用于连接带有压缩机的电器设备、对电器设备的运行状态进行采集以提供给主控电路（102）并且接受主控电路（102）的控制信号以对电器设备进行开关控制；供电电路（104）用于将市电变压为主控电路（102）、接口电路（103）、和显示电路（105）所需的电压。在时间到达设定的供电时间时，智能定时器开关（100）延时一段时间再开启继电器，给设备供电；在时间到达设定的断电时间前，提前检测电器的运行状态，待压缩机停机后，断开继电器，给设备断电。该智能定时器开关（100）能够定时对电器设备进行开关，在开关时通过条件判断对电器设备进行保护。

Intelligent timer switch

An intelligent timer switch (100) includes a main control circuit (102), an interface circuit (103), a power supply circuit (104) and a display circuit (105); in which the main control circuit (102) is used to realize conditional control of the timer switch (100); and the interface circuit (103) is used to connect the electrical equipment with a compressor and collect the operation status of the electrical equipment to provide the main control. The circuit (102) also receives the control signal of the main control circuit (102) for switching control of the electrical equipment; the power supply circuit (104) is used for the voltage required by the main control circuit (102), the interface circuit (103) and the display circuit (105). When the time arrives at the set power supply time, the intelligent timer switch (100) delays for a period of time to turn on the relay and supply power to the equipment; before the time arrives at the set power cut time, the operation state of the electrical apparatus is detected in advance, and after the compressor stops, the relay is disconnected to power the equipment. The intelligent timer switch (100) can switch electrical equipment at regular intervals and protect electrical equipment through condition judgment when switching.
