The invention discloses a preparation method of high transparent and low dielectric polyimide film, which is carried out according to the following steps: adding TFDB in polar solvent, stirring and mixing evenly, adding 6FDA in 2-4 times and stirring for 24-48 hours under the protection of nitrogen or inert gas, to obtain polyamic acid with solid content of 10-20wt%; spinning polyamic acid to form a film, and then adding 6FDA in 2-4 times, stirring and reacting for 24-48 hours under the protection of nitrogen or inert gas. The thermal imidization of the film: Polyimide film is obtained by holding it for 7-10 hours at 80-300 C in inert gas. The raw materials involved in the preparation method are easy to obtain and the preparation process is simple and controllable. The polyimide film obtained by the preparation method maintains the excellent performance of polyimide, and achieves high transparency and low dielectric property.
