An LED lamp head soldering machine includes a frame, in which a base plate is installed in the middle of the frame, and an artificial feeding device is installed on the base plate. The rear part of the artificial feeding device is successively connected with a NG product discharging device, a clamping device and a finished product discharging device. An automatic welding machine is also installed on the base plate, and the welding head of the automatic welding machine corresponds to the workpiece on the clamping device. A welding platform is also installed on the base plate; a protective cover is installed around and on the top of the base plate, and an inlet outlet is arranged at the outlet of the manual feeding device; an operation panel is arranged at the upper part of the inlet outlet; and an electrical distribution cabinet is installed at the bottom of the frame. Through the cooperation of manual feeding conveying device, automatic welding machine and finished product discharging device, the bottom and side of the lamp head can be automatically welded. The automatic equipment works smoothly, operates simply, adjusts conveniently and reduces labor intensity.
