在油田抽油系统中,抽油杆浸泡在井液中工作,井液中含有腐蚀性介质,对抽油杆产生腐蚀,造成抽油杆柱的使用寿命短,油井生产周期短,经济效益差。为了解决这一问题,油田使用过材料型防腐蚀性抽油杆,但这种抽油杆是金属材料,抗腐蚀能力有限,不能完全解决被腐蚀的问题。为此,技术人员设计了包覆抽油杆,这种抽油杆的杆体上包覆了高密度聚乙稀制成的防腐层,杆体表面不与井液接触,井液不会腐蚀抽油杆,这种抽油杆如图1所示,由抽油杆接箍7、止端接头2、杆体3、防腐层4组成,抽油杆接箍7的下端面与止端接头6的上端面接触,使抽油杆接箍7与杆体3的连接螺纹被锁紧,使其连接牢固,不会脱扣。要实现抽油杆接箍7与杆体3的头部连接螺纹被锁紧,必须保证止端接头6与杆体3的连接螺纹能拧紧。由于杆体3上的防腐层4不能打管钳,露在防腐层4之外的杆体3的头部也没有打管钳的部位,因此,止端接头6与杆体3的连接螺纹无法拧紧,造成组装包覆抽油杆困难,不能保证装配质量,影响包覆抽油杆的使用。
