一种复合含有Pr和W的R-Fe-B系稀土烧结磁铁制造技术

本发明专利技术公开了一种复合含有Pr和W的R‑Fe‑B系稀土烧结磁铁，该稀土烧结磁铁含有R2Fe14B型主相，R为至少包括Pr的稀土元素，其特征在于，其原料成分包括2wt％以上的Pr和0.0005wt％～0.03wt％的W；所述稀土烧结磁铁包括如下的步骤制得：将所述原料成分的熔融液制备成急冷合金的工序；将所述急冷合金粉碎成细粉的工序；将所述细粉用磁场成形法获得成形体，对所述成形体进行烧结的工序。该稀土烧结磁铁通过加入微量的W，来改善含Pr磁铁的耐热性和热减磁性能。
