The chromium free oxidation resistant liquid contains the following components: benzo three azazole 0.2 ~ 2.0g/L, benzoic acid 0.1 ~ 1.2g/L, propyl acetate 0.1 ~ 1.0g/L, solvent water, and the oxidation treatment of electrolytic copper foil using the chromium free oxidation resistance liquid mentioned above is used. The process includes the following steps: the original foil is stripped by the cathode roller and soaked through the guide roller into the chrome free oxidation solution. The temperature of the chromium free oxidation resistant liquid is controlled 20~35 C during the soaking process, the soaking time is 3 ~ 10s, then the roll is squeezed and dried, and the high pressure wind knife is blown to dry directly at normal temperature. The beneficial effect of the chromium free anti oxidizing fluid provided by the invention is that it does not contain chromium elements which are carcinogenic to the human body and the zinc monomer that reduces the battery performance; the oxidation solution is used without electricity, and passivation layer is formed by electroless plating; it needs water to wash, and it will not produce the polluted environment and increase the cost of the wastewater.
