The invention discloses a microbial flocculant and its application in treating phosphorus rich sewage. The microbial flocculant was prepared by the following methods: (1) inoculating the flocculent producing bacteria in the crude fiber raw material, making the first grade fermentation substrate, conducting aerobic fermentation and obtaining the first grade fermentation; (2) inoculating Clostridium fiber ATCC35319 in the first grade fermentation and getting two grade fermenting material for anaerobic fermentation; (3) the water cut to the two grade fermentation material. After the amount was reduced to 20 to 30%, the bacteria were inoculated into the three level fermentation matrix, and (4) aerobic fermentation was carried out to obtain the three level fermenting substance; (5) ethyl acetate was used to extract the three grade fermentation, and the flocculant was obtained. The flocculant producing bacteria included Aspergillus niger CGMCC3.3289 and the small chain mold CGMCC4.5927. The flocculating agent obtained by flocculating bacteria, Clostridium Pasteurella, and sticky bacteria can ferment crude fiber raw materials in succession, and the flocculant obtained has excellent phosphorus removal effect.
