The application discloses the steam water separator and boiler, in which the steam water separator includes the side plate and the bottom plate, the side plate is fixed to the bottom of the floor, the two forms an open container, the side board is open with the vent hole, the floor is open with the through hole, the side plate has 7 to 9 rows of exhaust holes, the clearance between the exhaust holes is 50 - 70mm, the number of the vent hole is below the bottom. The upper level is increasing gradually; the through hole is located in the center of the floor, the diameter of the through hole is 7 - 9mm, the shape of the floor is round, the side plate is a circular horn, the side plate is connected with the bottom plate, and the side plate and the bottom plate are both antirust and high temperature resistant material. The device can fully absorb moisture in the steam of the boiler and ensure the drying of the steam. The device has simple structure, small volume occupied and long service life.

现在利用锅炉来生产蒸汽的企业越来越多，但利用锅炉生产的蒸汽携带有大量的水分，但在蒸汽在使用时必须保证足够的干燥，故需要对生产的蒸汽进行汽水分离处理，而现在尚未有对蒸汽进行汽水分离的装置。
技术实现思路
本技术针对上述问题，提出了汽水分离器和锅炉。本技术采取的技术方案如下：一种汽水分离器，包括侧板及底板，所述侧板固定于底板周沿，二者形成一个敞口容器，底板上开有通孔，侧板上开有排气孔。当携带有水分的蒸汽经过汽水分离器的侧板时，蒸汽可通过侧板上的小孔进入分离器内侧，而水分则会粘附在侧板上，形成小水滴，并滑落到锅炉内；同时极少量穿过侧板进入汽水分离器内部的水分会被侧板的内壁所吸附，并经侧板滑落至底板，通过底板上的通孔回流至锅炉内。可选的，所述侧板上设有7—9排蒸汽排气孔，排气孔间隙均为50——70mm，排气孔的数量由下至上逐渐增多。由于排气孔的数量足够多，可保证蒸汽能快速进入汽水分离器，能够及时离开锅炉，不知压力过高而发生危险；同时排气孔之间留有50—70mm的空隙，使得侧板上留有足够的空间用来粘附蒸汽中...
