The base cloth conveyer roller conveyed the base cloth to the cold roll; the melt spout conveyer roller conveyed the melt spout on the cold roll; the first glue spray gun and the activated carbon sprinkler were located between the base cloth conveyor and the cold roll; the first glue spray gun was close to the base cloth and sprayed glue; the activated carbon sprinkler was close to the cold roll and the base cloth. A sprinkler with a spray of glue is sprinkled with active carbon powder, and the second glue spray gun is placed between the melt spout roller and the cold roll, and the spray tape is sprinkled. The cold roller compacts the side of the base cloth with the spray belt with the glue on the side of the active carbon powder. The application structure is simple and easy to be prepared.
