现有磨床工件轴主要结构形式之一如图1所示,工件轴Ⅰ⑹一般由4~5套角接触轴承⑴提供回转支承,所以角接触轴承⑴的精度等级决定了工件轴Ⅰ⑹运动精度。每一套角接触轴承⑴都有相应的端面和径向跳动值,这几套角接触轴承⑴同时装配在工件轴Ⅰ⑹上必然使工件轴Ⅰ⑹在旋转时也产生端面和径向跳动;再由于这几套套角接触轴承⑴由近百个零件组成,同类零件完全一致是不可能的,因此工件轴Ⅰ⑹工作时工件轴Ⅰ⑹发生前后窜动。现有磨床工件轴另一种结构形式如图2所示的轴向动静压磨床工件轴,其径向采用轴瓦⑼与径向压力油腔⑻组合回转支承结构,工件轴Ⅱ⑾与轴瓦⑼隙为0.02mm;工件轴Ⅱ⑾后部有轴向定位台⑿,在轴向定位台⑿前后两侧各有1个轴向压力油腔⑺,两个轴向压力油腔⑺的轴向宽度之和为0.03mm~0.04mm;油压系统压力2MPa左右,在工件轴Ⅰ⑹工作时始终存在一个大小变化的向后的力,也导致工件轴Ⅰ⑹发生前后窜动。在上述两种结构中都存在工件轴工作中发生前后窜动,因此削弱了轴向定位精度,影响磨削加工质量。①工件轴前移时定位筒⑷端面被多磨,工件轴后移时定位筒⑷端面被少磨,定位筒⑷的端面必然被磨削的凹凸不平,定位筒⑷端面被多磨与少磨量的差值就是工件轴的轴向窜动量。②当磨削加工轴承套圈时,须将套圈平面固定在定位筒⑷的端面上,但由于定位筒⑷端面凹凸不平,致使套圈在定位筒⑷端面上被磨削时始终摆动,这样加工的轴承套圈的各项形位公差很难达到高精度等级。
