封水片组件为排水阀的一个重要配件，安装在排水阀内主要起到打开排水和关闭排水的功能，目前传统的排水阀封水片组件的主要结构见图1和图2所示，其由内芯管1′、封水片上盖2′、封水片3′和封水片下盖4′构成，将封水片上盖2′和封水片下盖4′用超声波或胶水粘合后，再套入封水片3′形成一半成品，封水片上盖2′的柱状体上设有两卡扣，内芯管1′的管壁上开有两个扣孔，通过封水片上盖2′的卡扣与内芯管1′的扣孔相配合，实现内芯管1′与封水片半成品的连接。此种组装方式有以下缺点，封水片上盖2′和封水片下盖4′之间需要用胶水或用超声波等方式进行粘合，在组装过程中多出一道粘合工序，这样增加了时间成本；而且多工序组装会增加不良品概率，产生的不良品由于无法拆解，会造成物料的浪费。
