：本技术提供了一种电线自动成圈设备，采用绝对值编码器进行计米通过读出绝对值编码器的角度坐标的绝对值来计量电线米数，不存在积累误差，电源切断后置位信息不会丢失，每个位置和机械位置一一对应且具有唯一性，大大提高了抗干扰能力和数据的可靠性；在废线检测中，利用可编程控制技术，当废线通过火花机时产生报警，同时向PLC控制装置发出信号，通过PLC控制装置的CPU控制成圈机主机停车，并把废线位置和火花报警信号传递至显示端的触摸屏，工人可以及时得知废线情况并进行处理，避免了废线不被发现的情况发生，保证了产品的质量，解决了现有技术中存在的问题...
