一种头戴式电子装置(10)，包括头戴式耳机(20)及显示部分(40)。头戴式耳机(20)包括一个弹性带(24)，呈C形并具有两个连接端(25)；及两个发声器(22)，各连接至对应的一个连接端(25)。显示部分(40)包括一个主体(42)，用于产生并向外投射出图像；及两个连接件(44)，连接至主体(42)相对两端并各可转动地连接至对应一个发声器(22)，各连接件(44)在对应的发声器(22)及主体(42)之间的部位开设有一个缺口(44c)。在将显示部分(40)相对头戴式耳机(20)旋转的过程中，显示部分(40)可能发生的扭曲几乎都发生在连接件(44)上设置有缺口(44c)处，从而使得主体(42)及发声器(22)几乎不会发生变形，进而有利于显示部分(40)相对头戴式耳机(20)旋转。
