传统LED发光带20通常必须以电路板40等作为电路载体,将多个LED发光组件10焊接在电路板40上(如图1所示),制作工艺复杂,成本高,而且,将LED发光组件焊接于电路板上,需要260度的高温进行操作,这种高温很容易将LED发光组件烧坏。另外,这种LED发光组件由于其底部焊脚凸出于绝缘底座外部,焊脚跟绝缘底座底部不齐平,导致LED发光组件安装于载体上,与载体接触面积小,即散热面积小,散热效率低下,灯体易损坏。现在透明玻璃显示屏因为通透不阻挡视线及其独特的显示效果,越来越受到市场的青睐,在商场、机场、银行、奢侈品店等高端场合应用越来越广,但是,上述LED发光带需要焊接在电路板上,造成其本身不具有透明性,无法作为发光源制作成透明玻璃显示屏。因此,应对现有LED发光组件及发光带进行改进,以解决上述问题。
