本技术涉及一种投料机,具体讲是一种平板玻璃工业用的大型斜毯式投料机,属玻璃加工投料装置。技术背景投料机的作用是将配合好的玻璃原料,包括石英沙、纯碱、碎玻璃等的配合料投入玻璃熔窑内进行熔化。随着浮法玻璃熔窑日趋大型化,从过去的300t/d到目前的600t/d乃至800t/d,熔窑投料池的宽度也由过去的6~8m扩展到目前的10~12m,如再采用传统的投料设备,即若干台并排放置的宽度在0.8~1.2m小型投料机,或垄式、滚筒式投料机的给料方式,由于各台投料机之间难免要保持一定距离,而且运动频率无法保持同步,料层不均匀和偏料现象较为严重,严重影响了玻璃液的熔化效率和熔化质量。此外,如图3所示,由于料堆的偏斜造成A处熔窑池壁的冲蚀,会大大缩短熔窑的使用寿命。目前我国许多大型或合资企业选用了美国Merkle公司的大型斜毯式投料机,这种投料机虽然投料效果好,但其价格高昂,一套约二十多万美元,且维护不易,正常生产时前部推料板必须通软化水冷却,设备的运行费用很高。
技术实现思路
