目前,国内外金卤灯电弧管的成型设备都是右夹头移动,一端堆积余料,吹出来的灯泡两端的对称性不甚好,其次右夹头的移动都是由滚子链条和同步带传动的,它们本身存在节距误差和节距积累误差,重复定位精度差;第三没有设置保护气体,吹制的灯管壁厚不一致,偶尔还产生灯管被堵塞的现象。
技术实现思路
