The invention discloses an intermediate of pyrrolidine hexa-heteroaromatic ring derivatives used as JAK inhibitors and a preparation method thereof, and a method for preparing pyrrolidine hexa-heteroaromatic ring derivatives by using the intermediate. The method improves the reaction yield, is simple and easy to operate, and is conducive to industrial expansion of production.
