临床手术中对手术部位进行冲洗时需用吸引器将冲洗过的液体吸走;现有均是通过注射器抽吸生理盐水对需要冲洗的部位进行冲洗,然后再通过吸引器外接一吸引管将冲洗过的液体吸走,整个过程往往需要多人共同操作才能完成抽水、冲洗和吸液。现有注射器一次最多抽取50ml生理盐水,无法满足临床应用,因此就需要多次抽吸甚至交替使用多只注射器才能完成冲洗;反复抽水和冲洗不但浪费大量人力、物力,而且在传递注射器的过程中生理盐水还容易滴落污染手术区域、弄湿手术区域的铺巾等;另外现有冲洗过程和吸液过程需要不同医护人员分开操作,操作时很难达到同步,一旦冲洗过早而没有及时吸液就会导致杂物(坏死组织等)随生理盐水流入病人体腔内的其他部位,严重时还会引起病变;同时,现有吸引器的吸引管上没有启闭开关,打开吸引器后吸引管呈持续吸引状态,在不需要吸引时无法及时关闭,容易吸引并损伤大网膜、微小血管等。
