动力电池及其电芯状态采集装置制造方法及图纸

一种电芯状态采集装置和使用该电芯状态采集装置的动力电池。电芯状态采集装置(11)包括采集板总成(113)、固定于电芯(119)的底面的第一接口(111)、固定于另一电芯(119)的顶端的第二接口(112)和连接第一接口(111)与第二接口(112)的连接座(115)；采集板总成(113)包括PCB板(1131)、安装于PCB板上的信号处理模块(1133)与通信模块(1136)和配合插装于第一接口(111)中的固定块(1135)；固定块(1135)上安装有用于采集第二接口(112)对应的电芯状态信号的信号采集模块(1137)。通过采集板总成(113)将信号采集模块(1137)与信号处理模块(1133)和通信模块(1136)进行集成，并设置连接座(115)、第一接口(111)和第二接口(112)，将采集板总成(113)安装在串联的电芯(119)之间，从而减少和缩短了连接导线的使用，节省了布局空间，进而可以方便电芯的散热。
