分体式衬板提升条组件制造技术

分体式衬板提升条组件，涉及破碎机的配件，包括设置在破碎机筒体内的若干块衬板，相邻两块衬板之间分别设置提升条，每个提升条上分别设置螺栓孔，每个提升条与相邻衬板的接触面为相互配合的斜面。通过以上设计，相邻两块衬板相接处采用提升条压紧，提升条通过螺栓与筒体连接，衬板拆装方便，利于维修和更换，提升条磨损后只需更换提升条，衬板可多次使用，从而节约了成本。（*该技术在2023年保护过期，可自由使用*）

Through the above design, two adjacent lining board is connected with a lifting pressing, lifting strip connected by bolts and the cylinder liner, easy disassembly, convenient maintenance and replacement, enhance the abrasion after only need to replace the lifting strip, lining plate can be used repeatedly, thereby saving the cost.
