At the top, bottom and lower side of the cavity, there is a suction air pipe, a measuring tube and a waste liquid discharge pipe respectively. A coaxial photoelectric detector is arranged on the outer wall of the lumen, and the height of the beam position is aligned with the top of the measuring tube. When the air pressure pumping device, negative pressure is formed within the lumen, a solenoid valve connected with open metering tube reagent is pumped into the measuring tube, when the liquid reaches the top of the measuring tube, due to surface tension and pressure of liquid, the liquid will be the top of the pipe and hemispherical in measurement. When the light emitted by the photoelectric detecting device is refracted by a hemispherical liquid, the direction is changed, and the light intensity detected by the photoelectric detecting device is greatly reduced, thereby judging that the liquid is filled with a measuring tube. Because the former reagent has a certain residue on the tube wall of the measuring tube, at this time, the gas is removed for a certain period of time, and the reagent at the top is taken out of the measuring tube as a waste liquid, and the purity of the reagent in the measuring tube is greatly improved.

利用化学方法进行自动测试的仪器,需要将几种化学试剂按一定的比例混合后进行化学反应,试剂必须进行精密计量。目前使用较多的方法是:用步进电机通过蠕动泵或者活塞泵将试剂抽取到一根空心的圆形玻璃管中,在玻璃管的某一高度安装有光电检测装置,其光线发射与接收装置处于水平偏轴位置,当液体到达指定高度后,因为液体的透镜功能,光线被聚焦到发射光线的轴线上,根据接受光线的变化可判定液体已经加到指定剂量。上述方法存在的问题是:当抽取下一种液体时,玻璃管的管壁上存有的残液会混入本次抽取的试剂,造成试剂被污染。或者液体过冲后,被多抽取的试剂必须反压到试剂瓶,容易造成试剂污染。
技术实现思路
为了克服试剂被污染的问题,本技术提供一种计量装置。这种装置能够让下一种试剂将前一种试剂的残液冲洗干净,被污染的试剂作为废液排走。本技术解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:用一根较粗的中空玻璃管,管腔作为气压区及废液收集区。在管腔顶部有一根管与外界相通,此管为抽气压气管,与气压装置相连。从管腔底部伸入一根一端与外界相通的较细的空心玻璃管,另一端与管腔相通,此管为计量管,计量管在管腔内有一定的长度,计量管通过多路电磁阀与试剂瓶及反应釜相连。在管腔底部或者侧面底部有一根管与外界相通,此管为废液排放管,通过电磁阀与废液收集瓶相连。在管腔外壁有一对同轴的光电检测器,其光束位置的高度与计量管的顶部平齐。其工作过程为,第一步:气压装置从抽气压气管不断抽出空气,与废液排放管相连的电磁阀及与计量管相连的所有电磁阀 ...
