技术介绍
目前国内在秸杆粉碎设备工艺中,普遍采用的是刀辊式、圆盘式切草机。刀辊式切草机:切割原理简单,即在大轴上安装三把刀板作为动刀,原料进口处安装一把静刀,通过大轴旋转把送入秸杆切断,加工后的原料仍然是管状(段状)。刀板经过2-3小时刀刃磨钝,造成备料产品均匀度差,不能满足后续工艺的要求。且每班最低需要修磨刀刃一次,拆卸、安装很不方便,还要配备磨刀设备和操作人员。圆盘式切草机:切割方式是在大轴上安装副盘,在副盘上安装锤刀,靠旋转圆筒输送秸杆进行锤切,切割方式和刀辊式一样单一,当原料含水量大,或者韧性强(如稻草)、硬度大(如棉杆)的时候,产能大幅度降低,均匀度差,很难满足正常生产的需要。此两种设备切割原理简单,满足不了生产的需要,主要表现为:1、切割后的备料产品为管状、段状且不均匀,很难达到后序工艺要求;2、对秸杆原料干湿度适应性差,当秸杆含水量大的时候,切割效果差,产量大幅度降低;3、对秸杆品种的适应性差,对韧性强、硬度大的原料,很难达到后续工艺的要求;4、本文档来自技高网...
