一种多孔ZnO纳米自支持膜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:(1)碱式碳酸锌纳米带前躯体的制备:量取100?mL的去离子水,加入1.47-5.48?g二水乙酸锌或硫酸锌或氯化锌,待乙酸锌或硫酸锌或氯化锌完全溶解后,加入0.83-3.41?g?六亚甲基四胺并使之完全溶解后,将反应容器置于50-70℃的恒温环境中反应12?24小时,得到碱式碳酸锌纳米带的絮状悬浮液;(2)碱式碳酸锌纳米带前躯体自支持膜的制备:将步骤(1)方法所制得的碱式碳酸锌纳米带的絮状悬浮液缓慢而均匀的倒入事先铺有滤纸的真空抽滤漏斗中,在倾倒的同时启动真空抽滤;抽滤结束后将潮湿的滤纸与前躯体膜一同取出置于环境温度下自然干燥或者于40-60℃干燥箱中快速干燥;完全干燥后将滤纸剥离即得到碱式碳酸锌纳米带前躯体自支持膜;(3)将步骤(2)方法所制备的干燥后的碱式碳酸锌纳米带前躯体自支持膜置于200-600℃的马弗炉中煅烧3-12小时,即可得到多孔的由纳米粒子组成的ZnO自支持膜。
