流量、扬程可变式自平衡轴向力多级离心泵制造技术

一种流量、扬程可变式自平衡轴向力多级离心泵，该泵的吐出段甲、吐出段乙安装在泵轴的中部，吐出段甲左侧的泵轴上从右到左依次安装有导叶、叶轮、中段、吸入段甲、轴承体甲，吐出段乙右侧的泵轴上从左到右依次安装有导叶、叶轮、中段、吸入段乙、轴承体乙；泵轴由轴承体甲和轴承体乙支撑，各个部件靠螺栓紧固连接为一个整体。该泵相当于两台多级离心泵组合在一起，可实现并联和串联使用，既实现大流量，又获得高扬程。由于整台水泵以泵的吐出段为中心成对称布置，从而实现轴向力的自动平衡，避免了零部件损坏和磨损，延长了使用寿命，克服了运行系统所产生的容积损失，提高了水泵效率。该泵结构简单，效率高，成本低，使用寿命长。
