一种基于力传感器的牙齿矫正正畸力测量装置,包括固定架和测量主体部件,在固定架上连接有弧形架,在弧形架设有用于调整测量主体部件所处位置的调节机构,所述弧形架通过所述轴向调节机构与测量主体部件连接,所述测量主体部件包括螺杆和弹性抓紧爪,在螺杆和弹性抓紧爪之间设有调节管和力传感器,所述调节管的一端与螺杆的一端连接,调节管的另一端与力传感器的一端连接,力传感器的另一端与弹性抓紧爪连接,所述螺杆的另一端与调节机构连接。本发明专利技术能够实现多齿正畸力同时测量,而且能够在口腔内直接测量。

Orthodontic force measuring device for tooth correction based on force sensor

A force sensor based on the correction of tooth orthodontic force measuring device comprises a fixed frame and the measuring body parts, the fixed frame is connected with the arc-shaped frame, the arc are erected for adjusting the position of the measuring body parts adjusting mechanism, the arc-shaped frame through the axial regulating mechanism and measurement of main components of the connection. The main components include measuring screw and screw in elastic to claw, and the elastic claw is arranged between the adjusting tube and grip force sensor, wherein one end of the adjusting screw is connected with one end of the tube, one end of the adjusting tube and the other end of the connecting force sensor, and the other end of the elastic force sensor connected to the claw, the other end is connected with the regulation the screw mechanism. The invention can realize simultaneous measurement of multi tooth orthodontic force and can be directly measured in oral cavity.
