一种自适应双曲柄柔性传动抽油机,主要解决现有的抽油机功率传递环节多、电机输出功率及减速器扭矩波动大导致系统效率低的问题。其特征在于:所述减速器的输出轴两端分别连接曲柄,曲柄上分别固定有曲柄滚轮,所述的箱体两侧分别固定带有滑块的冲程调节机构,箱体上部有滑道,滑道一端分别固定有定位轮,之间有可沿其滑动的横梁,横梁两端的柔性抽油绳绕过曲柄滚轮后另一端与冲程调节机构上的滑块连接,横梁中部的柔性抽油绳绕过井口支架上部的井架定位滚轮后连接采油设备。该自适应双曲柄柔性传动抽油机减少中间传递环节,减小了电机输出功率及减速器所受的扭矩,提高了系统效率。(*该技术在2021年保护过期,可自由使用*)
