液压马达驱动直立式齿轮齿条抽油机制造技术

本产品为机、电、液一体化产品,用于油田采油及煤矿的煤层气抽取。包括主机(1),配重支架(2),导向轮组(3),配重钢丝绳(4),配重篮(5)及液压站和电控箱等几部分组成。特征在于:主机(1)通过其下部的安装支架(6)与井口法兰相连,直立于井口之上;抽油光杆从齿条(13)的中心孔(15)中穿出,用光杆夹子固定;在电控箱的控制之下,液压站产生压力油驱动液压马达(9)转动;液压马达的转动通过传动箱(4)中的马达齿轮(10)、惰齿轮(11)、传动齿轮(12)、带动一对驱动轮齿轮(14)相向转动;两个相向转动的驱动轮(14)驱动齿条(13)上、下运动;由齿条(13)带动抽油光杆上、下往复运动,实现抽油动作;配重钢丝绳(4)一端连接在齿条(13)的上方,另一端在两个换向轮组(3)上两次90度换向之后连接在配重箱(5)的上面。本发明专利技术不仅能量效率高,而且体积小,重量轻,结构简单。
