The invention relates to a novel method for high-efficiency extraction of artemisinin by ionic liquids. The artemisinin raw material crushing, with ionic liquid and water mixed liquid halide salt ultrasonic extraction, solid-liquid separation after extraction liquid; extraction by organic solvent extraction, extraction liquid enrichment of artemisinin; evaporation recovery of organic extractant, obtained crude artemisinin; crude artemisinin dissolve again through column chromatography and recrystallization to obtain high purity of artemisinin. The ionic liquid extract is recycled and recycled with macroporous resin after repeated cycles. The invention adopts the nonvolatile, nonflammable green solvent ionic liquid explosive extraction by organic solvent extraction of artemisinin and artemisinin, the ionic liquid recycling, simple operation, easy to scale production, for the use of flammable explosive, strong problem caused by the volatile solvent provides an effective solution to solve the extraction separation process.

一种离子液体高效提取生产青蒿素的新方法,它包括以下步骤: 1)将青蒿原料粉碎,过10-80目筛,按固/液比1∶5-1∶70(W/V)加入咪唑类离子液体卤化物盐和水的混合液,在超声功率1-100W/cm↑[2],超声频率20-80kHz ,温度20-60℃条件下,提取5-60分钟,经液-固分离得到含青蒿素的提取液; 2)将步骤1)得到的提取液按青蒿素提取液∶有机萃取剂比例为1∶1-20∶1(V/V)萃取1-5次,分离有机相得青蒿素萃取相,萃余相-离子液体循环使用; 3)将步骤2)得到的有机萃取相蒸发回收有机萃取剂后得青蒿素粗品; 4)将步骤3)得到的青蒿素粗品再溶解,用柱层析、重结晶进一步精制得高纯度青蒿素; 5)将步骤2)得到的离子液体萃余液循环使用2-8次后,加入大孔吸附树脂搅拌吸 附0.5-10小时,过滤或离心分离树脂,得到再生的离子液体提取液。
