Scanning module and scanning device using the same. The shell of the scanning device has a scanning platform for carrying files to be scanned. The scanning module is arranged in the shell, and comprises a light emitting diode, a light source, a reflecting component and an optical module. The light emitting diode light source is used to emit light and is oriented to a reflecting component. The reflecting assembly is used to reflect light and is reflected by the reflected light of the reflecting component to the file to be scanned. The optical module is used to receive light reflected from the file to be scanned. Before the light emitted by the LED light source projects on the scanned file, the reflecting component reflects light at least once.
