速热恒温、节能电烙铁制造技术

一种速热、恒温、节能电烙铁，由烙铁和烙铁架两部分组成，其特点在于采用质量远小于普通同功率内热式烙铁的小型烙铁头将电热元件直接密封在靠近工作面端部。烙铁管内装有恒温控制器，用双金属片作感温元件，可根据不同的需要调节焊接温度，烙铁架上装有两个Ｕ形架与常闭接点联动，搁置烙铁时起保温和节能的功能。该装置使用安全电压供电，对于焊接集成电路及各种电子元、器件可保设备和人身的安全，是一种方便、节能的电焊热接工具。（*该技术在1995年保护过期，可自由使用*）
