350MW机组锅炉是一种燃用煤粉的自然循环锅炉,原煤经给煤机送入磨煤机,磨制好的煤粉由一次风机排出的空气携带经过燃烧器送入炉膛燃烧。燃烧器内流动的风粉混合物,靠微油点火系统喷出燃油后配合高能点火器点燃风粉混合物,喷入炉膛后共同燃烧。燃烧器采用前后墙对冲布置带有隔仓式大风箱的DRB-XCL型燃烧器,每台锅炉配有20只燃烧器,前墙12只,后墙8只,在锅炉的前墙布置三层,后墙布置两层,单墙每层有4台燃烧器。在A、D两层燃烧器共8个火嘴上安装了微油点火系统,取代原设备配套的大油枪,以达到节油的目的。煤粉燃烧器微油套筒通常安装在一次风道内,如图1所示,由于长期受到煤粉的冲刷,磨损相当严重,据检修规程:在点火和稳燃状态下单只微油点火煤粉燃烧器的出力可以在2000-10000Kg/h煤粉时保持稳定燃烧。可想而知,微油套筒的磨损程度。如图2所示,现有的煤粉燃烧器微油套筒通常由耐磨铸钢铸成,但在使用一段时间后,套筒外壁就被冲刷磨漏,其内部的微油油枪、高能点火棒、火检探头也会被煤粉冲刷损坏,当遇到低负荷或停炉需要投油时不能使用,因此必须更换,这样将对设备安全运行和检修人员劳动强度造成极大影响。
