The invention relates to the field of transmission insulation equipment, in particular to a sleeve assembly for homogenizing electric field. The sleeve assembly includes: an insulating pipe; a composite coat, which is sleeved and fixed outside the insulating pipe, and the end of the insulating pipe extends to the composite coat; a lower flange, which is sleeved and fixed outside the insulating pipe and the composite coat; and the insulating pipe sleeve is provided with the lower flange. The outer wall is provided with a semi-conductive layer which is electrically connected with the lower flange. Through the above method, the semi-conductive layer plays the role of homogenizing the electric field, and the semi-conductive layer is electrically connected with the lower flange, which can make the potential between the semi-conductive layer and the lower flange equal and prevent partial discharge between the insulating tube and the lower flange due to bad gluing or gap. Composite jacket replaces porcelain jacket, which reduces the quality and makes installation more convenient. The gap between composite jacket and lower flange is filled with the same composite material as composite jacket, thus avoiding the gap between composite jacket and lower flange and preventing partial discharge.
