提供加工装置，容易维持加工室的形成有开口的状态。加工装置(1)中，加工室(5)具有侧板(51a～51d)和上板(52)，对上板的开口进行开闭的门单元(59)具有：第一上板(591)，其能够向加工室外侧旋转且一端借助第一铰链(591a)而支承于加工室；第二上板(592)，其能够向加工室内侧旋转且一端借助第二铰链(592a)而支承于第一上板的另一端；靠背部(593)，其对旋转了的第一上板进行支承；以及挡块(594)，其配设在侧板(51c)上端，对通过第二铰链向加工室内侧旋转了的第二上板的另一端进行支承，第一上板比第二上板长，使第一上板的加工室内侧的面与第二上板的加工室内侧的面相对，利用靠背部对第一上板进行支承，利用挡块对第二上板的另一端进行支承，使两个上板竖立设置而成为将开口敞开的状态。
