LED路灯具有光效高、寿命长等优点,广泛应用于道路照明;但LED灯具在照明过程中只能将大约30-40%的电能转换成光,其余的变成了热能;而且LED的功率越高,LED热效应越明显;这种热效应会影响LED的发光效率、波长以及使用寿命等,因此,LED灯具的散热性能是影响其发展的一大瓶颈。LED路灯一般由多颗LED灯珠组装在散热壳体上,为大功率LED照明灯具。散热壳体的热阻大小,能直接反映出其传热和散热能力。精确检测和掌握散热壳体的热阻大小,有利于合理搭配LED,综合提高LED路灯性能。现有LED灯具热阻测试多集中在对单一芯片上,尚未有LED路灯壳热阻测试的国家标准和行业标准。目前,可以借鉴的LED路灯散热器壳热阻测试方法为模拟法,即在相应的器件中不封装芯片,而是装入模拟发热器件,利用发热器件作为测试热源,根据GB/T8446.2中的方法计算出热阻值。但问题是:LED体积小,表面有胶,LED路灯需用测试数量多,LED路灯散热器壳所使用的LED规格不一致,制作能够符合测试条件的模拟器件十分困难。还没有一种可以作为LED路灯散热器热阻测试的通用加热装置。
