The present invention provides a tumor antigen polypeptide or its variant with an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:2, which encodes nucleic acid, contains a nucleic acid construct encoding the nucleic acid, an expression vector, a host cell, an antigen presenting cell and an immune effector cell presenting the tumor antigen polypeptide on the cell surface. The invention also provides the application of the polypeptide, nucleic acid, antigen presenting cell or immune effector cell in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancer.
