The invention discloses an anti-spindle offset device, aiming at providing a device which can prevent or reduce the spindle offset of an extruder in operation. The main points of the technical scheme are: a bearing is partly enclosed on the top of the front end of the spindle of the extruder, and a ring plate is enclosed on the spindle behind the bearing, and an outer seal with two-in-one and front-opening is added on the back side of the ring plate. The bottom plate of the outer sealing sleeve is hollow at the back and the inside with the help of screw and ring plate fixed as one. The inner wall of the outer sealing sleeve is installed before and after or the car has one or more ring strips and grooves on the outer edge of the inner sealing sleeve. The inner edge of the bearing is sleeved on the main shaft head, the outer edge is close to the inner edge of the inner sealing sleeve, the back end of the outer sealing sleeve is completely closed, and the front end is closed. Open type; inner sealing sleeve is the reverse situation, one inside and one outside are mutually sleeved, the front end of the inner sealing sleeve has a small amount of length exposed outside for installing a number of positioning plates connected with the inner wall of the nose.

现有技术即传统做法其挤出机的结构如图1所示:挤出机主轴3由彼此相隔一定距离的各一个内含有轴承的轴承座2支撑和定位,伸入圆筒形缸套6中的主轴外围套装有螺旋管4,螺旋管长度上安装有螺旋叶片5。其做功过程和做功原理为:由动力带动的传动轮1连及主轴3和套装在主轴前段的螺旋管4与螺旋叶片5同步运转,在运转中将顺箭头进入缸套6内的原料往前推送,超越其断面远小于后边缸套6断面的机头7和方形机口8,从而促使原本松散并带有水份的原料变为结构紧密并具有一定形状的坯条(图中未示出)。由于位于缸套6中的主轴其长度较长并为悬空状即无支撑与定位,因挤出阻力大,阻力大为正常现象,因为无阻力或阻力不够其原料不能被挤紧成型而失去作用,特别是生产空心制品因在机口内安装了若干个芯具而阻力成倍上升,因此主轴3连及螺旋管4和螺旋叶片5在运转中常出现偏位,当后段轴承略有磨损时显得更为突出,偏位所造成的不良后果一是叶片与缸套内壁发生磨擦而形成磨擦阻力为有害阻力,务必以多消耗能源做为代价;二是使得所挤出的坯条质量欠佳,即机口四周出条走速不匀使得坯条左右歪斜和开裂;三是因磨擦而缩短了配件使用寿命。为防止坯条开裂或是选择塑性较高的原料而难度加大,或是在原料中添加增塑剂而成本增多。
