无溶剂复合机是一种适用于无溶剂胶粘剂复合的设备。目前国内外所采用的无溶剂复合机多为两层复合，单工位收放卷结构。目前，无溶剂复合机在胶粘复合是采用的大都是聚氨酯双组分胶水(通常称为AB胶，A胶为本胶，B胶为硬化剂)，AB胶在使用中有两个要求：(1)AB胶的瞬间输出比例要求尽可能的准确；(2)如果有空气进入到胶水中，就会使胶水固化，输胶管报废。因此，要求AB胶的胶管应该始终处于封闭状态。为了达到上述要求，一般生产过程中采用密封盖的办法，不工作时用密封盖堵住输胶管。采用这种方式虽然结构简单，但是操作便利性较低。还有一些做法是采用两个气动球阀的办法，工作时球阀打开，不工作时球阀关闭，这种方式很好的解决了密封盖的缺点，也是目前用的最多的办法。但是采用两个气动球阀的结构在使用中发现，两个气动球阀可能会出现打开或关闭时间并不完全一致，这样就可能造成AB胶瞬间输出比例变化，影响粘接效果。因此，针对上述缺陷，需要对现有技术进行改进。
