随着时代的发展进步,全球范围内的消费升级,高世代的面板项目陆续投建,为获得更多的市场先机,项目建设时间和周期被尽可能压缩,如何能够既保证结构的安全度,又能保证项目按时投产,抢得市场先机,成为项目建设中亟待解决的问题。框架柱柱顶纵筋的锚固,应按照《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010)中相关章节规定,或弯折,或采用端部焊端头板的方式锚固,如“图1”所示。考虑到高世代TFT-LCD面板项目中,为满足微振动要求,以保证生产设备的正常使用和运作,微振小柱数量众多,且仅支撑华夫板生产层。如采用框架柱的传统锚固方式,一则不利于华夫板中梁纵筋的铺设及箍筋的绑扎,影响工期,二则华夫板内弯折钢筋量大,对华夫筒的铺设,及混凝土的浇捣也带来不利影响,如施工措施不当,甚至可能产生安全隐患。
技术实现思路
