The present application provides a noise shaping circuit including a first modulation unit for generating a first digital output signal from a first digital input signal, the first modulation unit including a first quantizer, a first subtractor coupled to the input end and output end of the first quantizer for generating the first quantization noise, and a second modulation unit for generating the first quantization noise according to the second digit. The input signal generates a second digital output signal related to the first quantized noise, in which the noise shaping circuit generates an overall analog output signal based on the first digital output signal and the second digital output signal.
