The invention relates to a method for extracting taxol, in particular to a method for extracting taxol by ultrasonic wave. The treatment steps include: drying the bark of Taxus chinensis at 60 C and crushing it by 2 10 mm; then adding the treated bark powder into distilled water whose mass is 1-2 times, then adding 2-3% methanol mixture (density is 0.82g/ml-0.89g/ml); putting the obtained material in the ultrasonic device, adding 70-95% ethanol solution whose weight is 4-6 times as much as the raw material again, in the ultrasonic wave. At 40 KHz and 60-70 ~C for 3-4 hours, the extract was concentrated under vacuum, and ethanol was recovered to obtain the concentrated solution. Finally, the concentrated solution was eluted by 80% ethanol on the column of macroporous adsorption resin, and the eluent was collected. The concentration temperature was controlled at < 50 ~C, and the vacuum was controlled at 0.05MPa to 0.08MPa. Taxol was obtained after drying. The method of the invention is simple and feasible, and the purified product of the invention has high paclitaxel content, good reproducibility, and the resin can be reused.
