中华人民共和国有色金属行业标准“锌精矿”中的锌40~55%,铅含量1.2~2.5%,铜含量1.0~1.5%,铁6~14%,二氧化硅3.5~5.5%。目前,由于国内外锌精矿资源紧张,含杂高的锌精矿增多,加之企业的生产成本受限,处理含杂高的锌精矿可降低生产成本。目前锌冶炼的焙烧炉对所使用的锌精矿入炉含杂配比要求严格,为保证沸腾炉的流态化状况,控制Pb≤1.6%,Cu≤0.65%,Pb+Cu<2.2%。通常情况下,锌精矿沸腾焙烧,是使硫化锌95%以上转变成氧化锌,少部分转变成硫酸锌,以利于后续的硫酸浸出。在焙烧过程中硫化锌精矿化学反应所需的氧气是通过鼓风机送风来完成的。正常的硫酸化焙烧温度870~950℃,原料中的铅易与SiO2形成低熔点的硅酸铅,硅酸铅的熔点743℃,由于硅酸铅的熔点低于正常的焙烧温度,存在如下危害:包裹锌精矿,阻碍氧与硫化锌的接触,影响焙砂的质量;使锌精矿颗粒粘结,产生熔结而沉积于沸腾炉的底层,极易使风帽眼孔堵塞,在炉墙、排料口两侧形成物料的堆积,造成炉墙下塌死炉;排料不畅,严重影响沸腾炉的流态化状况;在炉温较高的情况下,造成炉料烧结,炉况严重恶化,最终导致事故停炉。高温下焙烧时,铜主要以自由状态的Cu2O存在,部分为结合状态的Cu2O.Fe2O3以及自由状态或结合状态的氧化铜存在,呈熔融状存在,流动性极差,严重影响沸腾炉的流态化状况,排料不畅,容易死炉。铜、铅与二氧化硅形成的熔融物易粘结在水套上,降 ...
