双层USB连接端子制造技术

为了解决现有技术中胶芯与金属外壳在外力作用下易分离的技术问题，本实用新型专利技术提供了一种双层USB连接端子，包括胶芯，包覆胶芯的金属外壳，及包胶注塑在胶芯内的双层针脚。胶芯具有支撑在金属外壳顶部和底部之间的固定部，固定部的一端具有两层伸出的舌板，及位于两层舌板之间的隔板。固定部的底面从金属外壳底部的开口处露出，并向外延伸形成一块贴合在金属外壳底部的垫板；金属外壳的接缝位于底板的中间，底板中部设置有向固定部突出的插块，固定部设置有容插块插入的插槽。胶芯插入金属外壳内，垫板插到底板下方，插块插入固定部的插槽内使金属外壳与胶芯紧紧连接，外力作用不会导致胶芯与金属外壳分离，保证了端子的使用性能。
