蜗轮蜗杆减速机是机械传动的重要组成部分,在本公司许多设备上使用,梅钢1#连铸机是炼钢建厂时的重要设备,虽然不能满足现阶段产品生产要求,但还在不停为梅钢做贡献。1#连铸机结晶器窄面调宽机构为最老式的手动蜗轮蜗杆减速机。承重丝杆旋在蜗轮中,在调整板坯宽度需要操作人员旋转蜗杆带动蜗轮,使承重丝杆和窄面铜板前进或后退,从而达到需要的产品规格尺寸。由于蜗轮蜗杆减速机传动平稳精度高抗震性好,维修费用便宜,使用时间长等优点,至今还有数台修复的结晶器在备件区。结晶器蜗轮蜗杆减速机维修过程中,蜗轮箱体端盖没有工具着力点,而且设计成直径较大圆形,又因为减速机蜗杆两端突出无法摆平,导致拆卸无扶持点维修困难。在没有办法的情况下只能用割炬加热,再用錾子对准箱体端盖边缘击打拆卸,不仅破坏了端盖外形,也让配合面变形,此方法费时费力效率极低,并存在安全隐患,还不一定能够拆下箱体端盖。因此,迫切的需要一种新的方案解决该技术问题。
