导向插入机构制造技术

导向插入机构通过在导板下端设置镶块，通过镶块上的连接槽来安装导板，并且通过连接槽两侧的左、右侧镶板来配合调节镶块的尺寸，利用固定螺栓旋入不同位置上的定位螺孔来固定导板和镶板的位置，整个装置调节方便，厂家可随意按需加工，自制组装减少工期，间隙随意调整，增加工作效率，加工成本低，组装简单易懂，同时互换性高，配件可直接更换使用，维修成本低，损坏任何一部分都可以单独更换，而且周期少，当在除了导轨的预定部件之外的其它部件的定位精度下降情况下，导块在上述其它部件上滑动时，虽然导轨部件受到作用在导轨和导向块之间的拉伸作用和压缩作用等的挤压，但因为上述导轨部件受到弹性支承部件的弹性作用而作移动，所以导轨部件阻止了较大的力作用于导向块和导轨上，从而可充分地发挥了导向功能，但目前的多工位模具生产中，插入式导板在正常导滑时，在多工位模具中由于受到固有的多工位生产线限制往往达不到正常生产要求，若出现间隙在调试过程中需补焊打磨，大大浪费成本和时间。在模具生产技术的生产中，目前还没有一种便于加工的导向插入机构。
