化工原料在反应釜中充分反应后变成需要的反应产物,在反应过程中,反应釜内部的化工原料在反应热量、加热等条件下,会产生蒸汽,而在蒸汽中含有化工原料,为了避免蒸汽直接喷洒到空气中造成污染,在反应釜上会安装冷凝器对蒸汽进行冷却回收,使得变成蒸汽的化工原料被回收再次加注到反应釜内,一方面保护空气不会被化工原料污染,另一方面也提高了化工原料的利用率。现有的冷凝器是由冷却水箱的循环水对通过冷却水箱的蒸汽进行冷凝,而冷却水箱中采用温度相同的循环水进行冷凝的过程中,不能保证每根冷却管中的蒸汽被完全冷凝,造成冷凝器的冷却效果低。
