超临界水氧化法处理技术是利用超临界水作为介质,在高温高压条件下,将废水中所含的有机污染物与氧气反应,分解成水、二氧化碳等简单无毒的小分子化合物。由于超临界水氧化法处理技术对废水中所含的有机物清除率几乎达到100%,且在全封闭状态下有机物被完全氧化,无二次污染,因此,此项技术日益受到人们的重视和推广。正常生产过程中,超临界反应器内筒底部渣体出口经常遇到盐沉积及杂质颗粒沉积堵塞出口的问题。目前,采用排渣锁斗间断性排渣,每次只能排出内筒中少量的颗粒物质,运行时间较长后,内筒的杂质越积越多,导致内筒的出口堵塞,造成系统波动。由于反应器底部出口与系统反应物料混合的水量过大,造成反应器内筒的反应物料相对流速过小,大部分杂质不能顺利排出内筒,杂质在内筒停留时间长后,颗粒物质开始出现挂壁现象,随着时间累积,内筒下部椎体发生堵塞。
