膏状或者液体状的化妆品通常会使用软管盛装，目前传统的化妆品软管的制作通常采用热合固定的方式进行，就如图1所示，首先将方形的软管本体的右端边10搭放在左端边20上，并形成一个1-3mm的重叠区域30，然后加热加压，使得右端边10在熔融状态下贴合在左端边20上，等冷却以后右端边10会粘附左端边20上形成一个密封的筒状，然而这种贴合结构主要有如下缺陷：1)右端边10贴合在左端边20上后，由于存在重叠区域，会在软管本体的外侧和内侧均形成一个上下不能平齐的阶梯，在具体的使用过程中，热合的重叠区域由于不平齐的阶梯存在，尤其是软管外侧阶梯的存在，容易起翘，从而导致软管本体的密封不严，出现漏气漏液现象；2)软管外侧不平齐的阶梯存在会影响外表的美观；3)重叠区域不方便印刷。
