快速锁模装置制造方法及图纸

一种快速锁模装置，包括底座(1)和横梁(2)，所述底座(1)和横梁(2)之间依次设有第一热板(3)、下模(4)、上模(5)和第二热板(6)，所述下模(4)和第一热板(3)、所述上模(5)和第二热板(6)均通过连接件(7)连接，所述上、下模(4、5)相扣合成腔体，所述连接件(7)包括基板(701)和与其连接的U型板(702)，所述上、下模(4、5)通过U型板(702)与连接件连接，所述第一、二热板(3、6)上均设有凹槽，所述基板(701)卡装在凹槽中。快速锁模装置，将上、下模置于第一、二热板之间，通过简单插装的方式，就能将热板与上、下模连接，具体为通过凹槽和连接件将第一、二热板与上、下模连接，带动模具将轮胎硫化。操作简单，工作效率高。
