棘轮扳手在配网带电作业工作中，是使用频率非常高的工具。因其能快速的松出和拧紧螺栓，在工作中具有无可取代的作用。但是现在使用的棘轮扳手应用到配网带电作业工作中就有一个问题，就是在紧螺丝时螺帽刚刚戴到螺栓上或者松螺丝时螺帽松动后，往往因为螺帽与螺杆间的摩擦力小于扳手中棘轮和棘爪间的摩擦力，造成紧螺丝时扳手右旋螺帽右旋，回退时扳手左旋螺帽又跟着左旋；或者松螺丝时扳手左旋螺帽左旋，回退时扳手右旋螺帽又跟着右旋，螺帽这样一来一回运动一直在原位置。我们现阶段工作应对以上问题方法主要有四种：第一种是回退时用手握住棘轮扳手的套筒，抵消一部分棘轮和棘爪间的摩擦力；第二种是将扳手套筒向下压，增加螺帽与螺杆间的摩擦力；第三种是不用扳手，直接用手拧动螺帽；第四种是把扳手取下，回退好角度后又重新套上。这四种方法中前三种都应作业电工戴有三层手套，尤其是绝缘手套和羊皮手套造成作业电工手指与手套间有空隙，往往作业电工费了很大的力，却达不到效果，且第二种方法会造成导线舞动，或者上穿刺线夹时造成线夹滑出导线；第四种方法是非常...
